This Privacy Notice explains how SPRINGMARKETING.CO LLC, doing business as meetBrandie ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use Meet Brandie (the "Service"). We act as the data controller for the personal data described here.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — your name or handle, email address, and login credentials.
- Creator profile data — the niche, platforms, follower range, content style, goals, and dream brands you provide so the AI can personalize your outputs.
- Content you create — leads, pitches, deals, media kits, and generated assets you save.
- Support messages — anything you send us when you contact support.
- Usage and technical data — log data, device identifiers, and IP address.
Payment information is collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record; we do not store your full payment card details.
2. How and why we use your data
- To create and manage your account (performance of our contract with you).
- To provide the Service and generate personalized AI outputs (performance of contract).
- To secure the Service and prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests).
- To improve and develop the Service (legitimate interests).
- To provide customer support (performance of contract / legitimate interests).
- To send marketing communications where permitted (consent, which you can withdraw).
3. Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, analytics, and AI providers that help us operate the Service.
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for processing your purchase, managing subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers — such as legal and accounting advisers.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.
4. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed, unless we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.
